UK: Standard delivery via Royal Mail (2-3 days) - £3.95

EU & International Shipping: Tracked via Royal Mail - £14.95

Made to order products delivery time may vary. We will send you an email confirming lead times once your order is placed. We ask for you to please allow time for manufacture and shipment on all MTO products.

RETURNS:

If you wish to return any items from an online purchase, please contact ella.ellacrochet@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please provide the reason for the return in your email.

We will only accept unworn returns in a brand new condition.

REFUNDS:

Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm via email and process the refund through your original payment method.
